We are open year-round to host events.
We do not host weddings or events on holidays, including:
** Outdoorsmen groups (hunting/fishing/etc.) are welcome to use our outdoor sites for their events upon approval by the ranch owner/host.

We are just a 30 minutes drive from Longview, WA; a 90 minute drive from Portland International Airport (PDX); and 2 1/2 hours drive from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
Yes! We are a working cattle ranch, Airbnb, and retreat site. Tours are given by appointment only. We hope to see you soon, but we ask you kindly not to visit without an appointment.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We request that you provide a deposit of no less than 1/4 the total amount invoiced for your event when you call to reserve our venue.
The total invoice is due 30 days prior to the event.
We require certain types of professional vendors to ensure your day is managed properly. These vendors include:
You can choose to hire your preferred vendors or use one of our recommended vendors.
If you would like to hire us to coordinate your event, just ask! We would love to help you. (Coordinator Fees Apply)
3pm Day Prior to 11pm Day of Event.
Our guests can expect to have up to 32 hours of time to set up, enjoy the event, and breakdown/clean up their event. You can plan this with your host or coordinator.
Breakdown, cleanup and departure must be completed by 11pm.

Yes.
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, we do require you to provide 1 or 2 bartenders w/ WA State Liquor Licenses.
We can recommend bartenders or you can hire your own.
Yes. We work very hard to keep our barns and guest event areas looking good for all of our guests. We ask that you don't nail or tack things into our walls.
We do have a large decoration supply room. You are welcome to ask if we have decorations that you can rent from us.
Yes! Depending on the size of your group, we can accommodate multiple people in our Barn House, Cottage, Cabins, and other options.
Yes. We offer multiple spaces for hosting guests who have specific ADA needs. Just ask us for more information.
Typically, no.
We have multiple event barns available, so on a rare occasion, we may have two or three events taking place on the property. But rarely does this happen.
* If you would like to guarantee that there's no distractions for your event, ask us about renting the whole ranch for the day.
Yes. We have space available for up to 100 cars. We do recommend that guests carpool.
We ask that you provide at least 2 parking attendants to help people find their way to parking.
Generally, it is not recommended. Please ask us about this if you would like to bring your dog to an event held at our ranch and how it could affect the outcome of your event.
Dogs & other personal pets are not allowed in the horse barns, goat/pig pens, or cattle holding barns, etc. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times on our ranch.
